Estate Clearing Case Study: Working alongside Royal LePage real estate agent Pouya, Room 2 Breathe assisted an out-of-town client in clearing a lifetime of belongings from an estate. Approximately 20% of the furniture was sold, rare treasures found new life through auction dealers and movie prop businesses; items were donated to a children's charity fundraiser; and eight full carloads went to local thrift stores before the home was cleaned and staged for sale.
